Food Coloring Disclaimer

Certain food coloring, oil-based colors, gel colors, powder colors, and dyes may contain glycerol, colors, lecithin, corn or corn derivatives, chemicals, sulfites, MSG, flavoring, or preservatives. When used in cakes, frostings, and/or airbrushed details, they may change the color of your hands, fingers, teeth, and mouth. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold Rayu Fine Foods harmless for allergic reactions.

Dark food coloring on cakes has the potential to stain linens, clothing, furniture, and teeth upon contact. Rayu Fine Foods cannot be held liable for issues resulting from your choice of dark color(s). Rayu Fine Foods will strive to accurately match color choices; however, some color tones, especially deep reds, vibrant blues, and violet tones, may not make an exact match due to the natural base colors of cake, frosting, and decorating ingredients. Deep colors require a significant amount of food coloring, which may adversely affect the flavor and quality of cakes.

Edible Ink Disclaimer

Edible inks (food-safe inks) used to print images vary in color, and some of the colors may not print with the shades that appear on a computer screen. Edible image ink colors may vary due to the printers used, but the colors will produce a superior image when absorbed with the frosting. We do not guarantee the exact color match of an edible image for this reason.

Tiered Cake Disclaimer

Rayu Fine Foods tiered cakes may contain internal supports to ensure they remain stacked. All materials are completely food-safe, but it is advisable to use caution, especially with children, when cutting, portioning, and eating tiered cakes. These cakes can be heavy. Please consider this when arranging or moving the cake. Rayu Fine Foods is not responsible for any damage caused by moving the cake.

Ingredients Disclaimer

We are a retailer and do not manufacture all ingredients. We rely on the manufacturers' disclosures to list ingredients and cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of their ingredient or nutritional information we provide nor liable for any adverse reactions caused by the products we sell.

Our goal is to help customers with dietary restrictions find delicious cake they can eat. We thoroughly research each product with its manufacturer to determine which dietary categories to apply in our database when supporting details are made available to us.

• Gluten-free cakes are made in a facility where other products containing wheat/gluten are also produced, so we cannot guarantee hospital pureness for customers who have a strict celiac diet.

Vegan Disclaimer

• Vegan cakes are dense in texture and may have a different mouthfeel compared to a regular cake.
• Vegan cakes are best consumed within 24 hours of purchase; they can be stored up to 5 days in refrigeration, but freshness and taste will be compromised as days pass.
• Vegan cream tends to show minor cracks and discoloration due to its complex structure if stored for more than 24 hours after purchase.
• Vegan cakes are made in a facility where other products containing dairy are also produced, so we cannot guarantee hospital pureness for customers who have a strict vegan diet.
