• Order Confirmation: All orders must be confirmed via phone call or WhatsApp before processing begins.
• Availability: All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute similar items if original items become unavailable.
• Custom Orders: Custom cake designs require detailed discussion and approval before production begins.
• Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery time without penalty.

Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: 50% advance payment is required to confirm all orders.
• Payment Methods: We accept cash, e-transfer, and major credit cards.
• Balance Payment: Remaining balance must be paid upon pickup or before delivery.
• Late Payment: Orders not collected within 24 hours of scheduled time may incur additional storage fees.

Delivery and Pickup

Pickup Services:

• Pickup times must be scheduled in advance
• Please arrive within your scheduled pickup window
• Photo ID may be required for order pickup
• Items not collected within 48 hours may be disposed of

Delivery Services:

• Delivery is available within our service area (additional charges apply)
• Minimum order value required for delivery service
• Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic conditions
• Customer must be available to receive delivery at scheduled time

Product Quality and Standards

• Freshness Guarantee: All products are made fresh using high-quality ingredients
• Storage Instructions: Proper storage instructions will be provided with each order
• Shelf Life: Most products are best consumed within 2-3 days of pickup/delivery
• Temperature Control: Temperature-sensitive items must be properly stored immediately upon receipt

Rayu Fine Foods shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use our products or services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
